What is  LED ?
Light Emitting Diode(LED) is a Semiconductor Device which emits light when an Electric Current passes through the circuit (PCB Circuit).

Aim: Show how to assemble  LED bulbs and  combining its essential parts.

Objectives:

1. Firstly Combine and  soldering the LED Bulb Driver , Chips.

2. Be sensitive and know the safety while assembling.

Materials Required:

1. LED chips and  diodes

     2. Printed Circuit Board (PCB)

     3. Heat sink

     4.Driver circuit

     5.Bulb housing

     6.Base cap

     7.Thermal paste

     8.Soldering iron and solder wire

      9.Screwdriver

      10.Insulation tape

       11. Protective gloves and safety glasses

How to assemble the LED Bulb ?

1. Part 1 Prep Work

   Clean all components from dirt or replace when its defective.

   Put  gloves and glasses while assemble the LED Bulb.

   How To Mounting LED Chips ?

   Take a small quantity of thermal paste and spread it across the provided area on the PCB.

   Mount the LED chips to the PCB after ensuring that the polarity is correct.

   Solder the LED chip and affix their terminals onto the respective PCB pad.

   How to Attached the Heat Sink on LED ?

   Put the heat sink under the PCB for reduce the heat .If the PCB gets heat so high the PCB will Blow /burn.

   How to Connect the LED Driver Circuit ?

   The output wires from the driver circuit must be soldered to the input terminals of the PCB to complete the circuit.

   Confirm that connections are properly insulated to prevent short circuits.

   Confirm the terminals while connecting , +ve will be Phase and _ve will be neutral. 
2. How to fixed the Base Cap ?

   Connect the input wires from the driver circuit to the terminal of the base cap.

   While making sure that all the components are enclosed properly, fix the base cap to the bulb housing.

   How to Test LED bulb ?

   Put the assembled socket bulb towards a power source that is capable of powering the bulb.

   Make sure that the bulb glows steadily and does not flicker.

   Observation:

   The LED bulb should produce light that is steady and continuous.

   The heat sink should get warm, but not too hot to the touch, as it operates.

   All components should remain intact and secure with none of the parts being loose.

   Precautions :

   When attaching LED chips, observe proper polarity for it not to get damaged.

   Soldering iron tips should not be touched directly to, lest it will burn the user.

   All contacts that contain electricity should be covered to alleviate short circuits.

   Carefully touch all parts and components to avoid breaking anything.

   Conclusion:

   An LED bulb can be built through an assembly process with integration of electronic parts to provide efficient lighting. This provides a practical understanding of how an LED bulb is made while reminding builders of the care and accuracy required when performing electronic assembly.
